When they go 5-6 hours between feedings!  Babies should get 1-1.25 ounces of breastmilk per hour.  Not sure if this is the same with FF babies but I EBF, no bottles!

I'm not sure. My little boy was eating 5 oz every 3 hours at 2 weeks old... Lol... And he's always been a big eater like that. But at 16 months old hes also in the 99th% for his height (3 feet tall) and 32 pounds.

My son's pedi said they should be eating about every 3-4 hours during the day. If your baby is taking say 4 oz and eating every 3 hours and they start getting hungrier earlier than 3 hours then you give them a little more. My son would go 3 hours like clockwork then all the sudden you're feeding him every 2 hours then it's time to up the amount per feeding. There is no set age at when that will happen bc every baby is different and different sizes so the amount they need to eat will vary.

My son eats 5-6 oz now every 3 hours and he's 3 1/2 months old. He started maybe a month ago with 5 oz, now its more like 6.

Every baby is different. My son took a while cause he was not a good eater.
