c-section scar pain? PIOG

This question is for all the c-section mamas! (Or natural birth mamas who may have some good ideas!)

I had my first baby via c-section 4/14/09 (almost a year ago!) and haven't had any problems with my scar. DH and I had been TTC last month and this month but have decided to stop (so maybe it's all the sex, LOL...I dunno). But as early as yesterday, I had what I thought was just some lower abdominal gas localized near my c-section scar. It's not really painful (just kinda uncomfortable) but I worry with anything involving my scar.

Today, it's definitely not gas, and I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on what could be causing c-section scar/lower abdomen pain almost a year PP (If anyone was wondering, it's not period cramps since that was like, 2 weeks ago!). Any ideas?

Mine has been giving me problems too but it did after my first c-section 3 yrs ago as well. I was told it is most likely the nerve endings growing back and that can be painful. Hope it gets better. When mine acts up I normally take some tylenol and use a heating pad to help keep in under control. If it doesn't get any better I would call the dr.

Mine hurts sometimes especially now because I'm pregnant. It's normal. If you become concerned you could always talk to your OB.
