Are you close to any of your in-law's?

We aren't really close. But I do love her family. They drive me NUTS, but not any more then my own family does.

That's kinda how i feel too =P

 It's kinda sad when DH and I were dating and first married, I was very close with his parents but once we had kids the relationship shifted. It's now to the point where I dread being around them when I used to love being around them = (

It's okay. I liked them better when we lived farther away. I just don't like dealing with family politics, but I get along with them fine.

Me and MIL get along great! I dont think his older brother likes me though and me and his younger brother talk!!!

We get along  in person but you can tell they don't really like ne. They love my brother in laws fiancee because she has a great job, graduated from college, and didn't get pregnant. They compare me to her all the time and it drives me nuts!

I used to be close to my mother in law til me n my husband were married. Then we ended up havin our 3rd daughter and she wanted it to b a boy well her actual daughter had a boy and she sees him and wants him with her but our kids she rarely takes them let them spend the night buys em anything not even birthdays I don't know why a grandmother would treat her grandchildern like that I mean fine u don't have much to do with me but your grandkids come on and our 2 oldest daughters can't understand why she don't want em spendin the night or anything. I think its wrong. I'm closest to my brother in law he loves his neices when he comes home to visit from college he always takes em somewhere buys them things plays with em and everything. Like when my mother in law finally took the kids one time this month she only took our 2 oldest ones wouldn't take the baby and its been over a year and somethin since she's even spent time with our oldest daughters and when they left to go over there she jus dropped em off with my husbands other brother who is only 13 and she left and went out with some guy. I couldn't figure out why she even took them if she wasn't goin to spend time with them. Its just crazy. So I'm really not close to any of my in laws at all.

Mine is actually good somethings are annoying but whos family isnt

i'm really close with my sister-in-law and my husband dad and stepmom. i get along with his mom and stepdad's family too but they drive me nuts. i love being with his dad and stepmom.
