My dd is just over a month old. She was doing well about sleeping. Shed go down by midnight and sleep till 4 or 5 sometimes even 6. But lately she has been up till 130 and wakes back up by 3 or 4. And after I feed her (breastfeed) she stays up and wants to play. But I'm so tired I all I can do is bounce her in her bouncy seat till she falls asleep again.
Why is she flipping her schedule? And how to I revrerse it

Don't turn on lights when they wake up at night; don't play with them or otherwise engage them.  When my kids did that, I got up, brought them into the dark, quiet living room.  I then fed them and quietly comforted them until they were sleeping.

You sound like you are doing the right thing.  Just keep it quiet and low key.

And during the day, try to keep her up as much as possible.  Bring her outside as much as possible, and expose her to sunlight as much as possible.  Open the windows; bring her outside a little bit here and again for a few minutes periodically.  It helps to change their internal clocks and keep them up at the day time and sleeping at night.

Good luck-hugs.  I know how you feel!
