SERIOUS QUESTION.....PLEASE HELP

Ok I have a 7.5 month old baby girl and since about 4 months old I have noticed every once in a blue moon her mouth turns blue! The first time was when she was 4 month old and I was changing her diaper, I picked her up and freaked out! My mom was with me and said "O I think she is fine." She wasn't gasping for air or anything like that! She was acting normal and playing so I really didn't hesitate on it to much! Well I have noticed it anymore until the other day when I was feeding her and I wiped her mouth and it was a bluish color again! I was at my mom's again and she said I think she is fine! She wasn't chocking or acting funny.....playing and acting like herself! Her lips only stay like that for about a min or so!  So I am not really sure what is going on! I am just concerned about a circulation problem???????  I had all kinds of ultrasounds done when I was pregnant b/c I was a high risk preg. so I would have thought if something was wrong with her heart they would have picked up on it then! And she has checked out fine with all of her routine appts. If anyone has ever experienced this....please guide me! It's very scary and terrifying for me! Thank you all so much who read this!

Call your doctor, could be nothing, but could be cardiovascular (heart) related. Good luck!

I would call your doctor.  It would concern me too.  It could be nothing or it could be something serious.  My first thought was something heart related so I think it's worth getting a referral to a specialist just to cover all your basis!  I grew up with a boy who had a heart problem he was born with and his lips were blue a lot.  He has to take medication and has had multiple surgeries.

I would call your doctor and see what they think, they may want you to bring her in to be checked out for circulation problems like you said.
