are you little ones taking these days and how old are they? My ds used to take two naps that would run 1- 1 1/2 but now at age two he just takes one a day anywhere from 30 minutes to trwo and a half hours.

Dani has taken 1 2-3 hr nap a day for a while now. She is 19months. My DS nap sporadically throughout the day. He's only 2 months.

I cut out Esmeralda's morning nap so we could do more things together. She is almost 18 months and takes a three hour nap in the afternoon. She used to sleep another hour in the morning, but we never got to do anything together because she also sleeps 12 hours at night. That's 16 hours of sleep a day! Now we're down to 15. ;)

My daughter is 8 months old, and takes 2 sometimes 3 naps a day depending on her mood. She takes one around 10-11am (going down in a couple minutes) until around 12:30pm, then another one around 3-5pm. Then every once in a while she'll take a short nap around 7pm.

ds is 2 1/2 and takes about 1-2 hour nap, sometimes he surprises me and goes longer

dd is 4 months and takes two 2 hour naps, and oftentimes, a catnap around dinner time that lasts 30 minutes or so.
