Line-Drying Baby's clothes?

Our dryer is broke and isn't getting fixed any time soon, so everything goes out to the clothesline. Unfortunately, even with fabric softener it all comes out rather stiff and itchy and I can't imagine this would be at all comfortable for a baby. Does anyone have any suggestions for making clothes less stiff?

Can you maybe dry the clothes at a laundry mat?

Go to the laundry mat and dry them, or hang them to dry inside.  You can just hang on hangers nad hang on the shower curtain rod or in the closet if there's not many.

try some of that downy wrinkle riles that might help just spry a little on and shake them really good

If you can't make it to the laundry mat then hang them inside. Put them on plastic hangers...pull out the wrinkles...and hang them on the shower rod or something.

I use Gains (soap and fabric sofener).....I wash all our clothes out in the washer and then hang them out.  It cost a bit more but I finally figured that if it would make the clothes smell better and make them softer, I'll cut corners other places just to get it.

My MIL refuses to use a dryer.  I'll ask her what she does since her clothes are never stiff.
