Congested baby?

She's only a week old and is uber congested. When she nurses she has to stop a bit to breathe at times. I've tried suctioning her nose but not a lot comes out.

You can leave the shower going on in the bathroom on hot, put her in there with you when it's nice and steamy, and see if that helps! It will be like a sauna in there. :P Just don't stay in too long since she's so young.

My suggestion also!  It usually loosens them up pretty good.  We also ran/run a warm steam vaporizer in the room where she is........

Squirt some breastmilk up her nose to loosen it up and then suction it out.
