Ok so DD is on almonds milk now. She will be one year on the 30th. (She can't have cows milk, unless cooked onto food or added to food) I have a question or two.. .. should we be cutting the almonds milk with water? How much should she be drinking in a day? She is off formula as of today... tia

Not unless its apparent she cannot handle it. You can always go with the safe side and cut it anyways, just in case

my dd is on it and it is very low is calories so no need to add water to it. And i just give my dd as much as she wants which is about 30oz a day she is 3

Do you make your own?  I have a recipe if you want it.

I don't cut it for my daughter.  She rarely gets it though.   She still breastfeeds too :)

DD was drinking almond milk because she can't drink cow's milk. But there are so few calories in it and she already has a hard time gaining weight. So we tried goats milk (from a farm not from the grocery store) and she does great with it. Anyway, no I would not add any water to it as that would just decrease the calories even more.
