Am I "prude"?!?!

Ok, so everyone has baby bath time pics. That I am ok with, but I always make sure DD's "parts" are covered up. I was on FB today and a "friend" (mutual military wife) of mine had posted a new album that caught my eye. The title was "so and so's naughty pics" this baby has to be less than 6 months old, but the albums info said "baby made a mess this morning, she must have really wanted a bath".

So I click the album which was FILLED with photos of the little girl who had massive "poppies" coming out her diaper. Ok, gross, but nothing as a mom I haven't seen myself...it was what came next that I felt crossed a line.

There were a series of about 3 photos (may have been more, but I closed the album) of said baby in the tub. All of which were in NO WAY covering her "parts". I know people can post what they want, but I just feel like with all of the crazies out there today, these are just not appropriate to have floating around the Internet. I didn't want to start drama, so I deleted her as a friend and moved on, but I just feel like I should have done more, maybe sent her a pm or something?!

I completely agree, but I tried to get past the first part until I saw the second part. The hardest part for me was that it was even labeled "naughty photos" she may have meant the diaper part, but it still struck me wrong.

i agree that some things shouldnt be on the internet.. i have the bathtub pictures too and some you may be able to see the butt a little on dd but thats it... you could have sent her a message just being nice saying that you saw her pics and mention some how in a nice way that you would make sure her parts werent showing bc of the crazies and not to mention someone could take it too far and say its child porn... :( sad but it happens

I think its wrong, so I must be a prude too. Lol. Any pics I take and will take of dd naked I will make sure her privates are covered. Even though she's a baby, I don't feel the need to flaunt her 'stuff' around. And why on earth do you take and post pics of a poopy diaper.ewww. it just sounds weird all around.

That can actually get her in trouble if someone were to turn her in. I dont know how people can post online im afraid to even print them off at the store worrying theyll turn me in when it doesnt show there privates just because they are nakie (not bashing anyone that does)

I have totally naked pictures of my kids but anything I put online has them covered up. There are some thing I don't want people to see and DEFINITELY not appropriate on the internet.

Ok glad to know I am not alone on this one. The whole thing weirded me out, but I tried to be objective on the poopie part, even though I feel like I would be more concerned with cleaning up my child then having a photo shoot...jmo though.
