I do :) If I don't, he jerks himself awake. If he's awake, I generally don't use any blanketing--as he seems to be warm a lot.

My DS hated it.  I also read an article about how tight swaddling may also cause some eating and weight gaining issues (not enough), but I'm not sure of the articles validity.

My son still hates for a blanket to even touch him at night- he's 14 months now.
