Yes. Although im eating a Ding dong right now lol. My husband and I both need to lose some weight to be healthy. we are going to start walking after dinner and eating much less portions and more veggies and fruits.

I lost a lot of weigh due to my Illness I wish I could gain weight but it is very hard for me to do so

Not really. I would like to tone up but honestly I am not sure where I would fit a 30-45 minute work out in my day. I would love to though.

I am not trying to lose wight but trying to get healthy. I have been walking about a mile a day....and I have cut out all soda's except diets. I haven't cut much out of my diet but I am eating more fruits and veggies! I am hoping to get preggo again soon...and when I am preggo I lose so much easier!

LOL the hardest part is ditching (junk) sweets. I always have a sweet tooth.
