My baby would not latch and I really want him to have the breast milk so I have been pumping. My supply seems to be getting less. I know it is important to drink plenty of fluids but is there any other advice to help build up my supply?

Is there a reason (like tongue tie) that baby won't latch?  If not, baby needs to learn to latch so he/she will regulate supply.  The pump is not as effective as baby.  If you can't get baby to latch, talk to a LC.

pump more frequently. Try blessed thistle or fenugreek.

Join the breastfeeding group! Also, try to get your baby to latch, that is the best way to up supply. There us no pump out there that can get more milk out than a baby.

Can you see a lacatation consultant? My hospital has one who charges nothing for her services. she helped us out and my son got a better latch : )

Pump as much as you can, eat oatmeal and maybe try fenugreek.
