Your activity for Day 23 is: Give Yourself a Foot Bath!
Grab a large pan or plastic plastic tub - you can even use a dish pan from the dollar store - and fill it with warm water. Lay out a towel (to catch any spills). Have a seat. Dip in your feet. And relax!
For a special treat add bath salts, soothing oils, even herbs from your home!

(But plain old warm water feels great too!)
