what are some ways that you use baking soda. aside from when baking that is. i have lots that i was given since i have been backing alot but its still more then ill use in probably a yr. so what are some other ways i can use it? what else do you use it for?

Put some in your drains. Let it sit and pour vingear in the drain.

It's great for cleaning anything. I think you can use it with some other stuff in place of dishwasher detergent. You can use it instead of shampoo to clean your hair...

Mix 4 teaspoons with a teaspoon of salt and a small spoonful of glycerin to the right consistency of toothpaste then add a few drops of flavoured extract like cinnamon, peppermint, or mint for toothpaste. Just store in an airtight container in the frig.

For a quick way to freshen breath use a teaspoon in 1/2 glass of water, swish through teeth then rinse.
