 Tommy is 10 weeks old & yesterday he started drooling. The only reason I'm wondering about this is he has never drooled before & he's been more fussy at night lately & it seemed to start at  same time as the drooling.

It's never too early. Some babies are born with teeth.

This. Plus you can see signs of teething months before the teeth break through the surface.

I agree with the previous posts. Jacob started drooling long before his teeth came in. :)
