I need this weight to go away! My weight right now is 150lbs or 155lbs. After my 2nd baby (born march 30.11) I was at 135 :( I liked how I looked, I was able to fit into all my jeans. Now I feel crappy!
Any ways how I can lose weight quick.? I know exercise and eating right is one thing but what other stuff can i do?

Exercise & eat right is it. Anyone who tells you otherwise or promises a quick & easy fix is selling something.
Do something you enjoy that'll be fun, so you stick with it! I lost 27lbs in 2 months because I bought a bike and bike trailer to put my then 1 1/2 & 3 year old in. Best part, once you start getting used to pulling their weight, they continue to grow, so it's always a great gradual challenge. Your legs get lean and muscular, and the pounds drop! I did herbalife to help a bit, but even when I ate pretty normal, the extra calorie burn was great, and helped me. Took the kids everywhere in their, went to parks that were two towns away, it was great! As it gets warmer, it's worth a try. Btw I had a cruiser bike (has no hand brakes or changes, just one speed) and it wasn't as bad as people think, if you have an easier bike, then all the better.
Yup! Best quote I ever heard was during a lecture talking about the history of food since the 1900's was back then they didn't have all of the unhealthy options we have today. Broccoli was an ingredient; Plants are ingredients and were eaten alone. A lot of the food eaten now a days are "empty calories" meaning no nutritional value.
Stick to fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and steer away from red meats. Substitute for poultry or fish.

Hi! I heard that "the Callanetics method" (exercise) is especially fantastic for mothers who just gave birth and want to get back in shape. Buy a book or check it online. Jane
