Gripe Water Dosage?

The gripe water dosage goes by age and I can't find weight recommendations online. Can anyone tell me a good amount to give a 2 1/2 month old who weighs around 12 lbs? (at her 2 month checkup she weighed 11lbs 13 oz)

I give the same as regular gas drops, 0.3. My daughter is just about 6 months old now and I haven't had to give anything like that to her since 2-3 months. I wouldn't give a baby any more than 0.3 at that age, weight high up or not. That young, the age determines it for me. At around 6 months, I'd progress to 0.4 if needed.
