Thank you. I am glad to join the group.Happy babies are a wonderful thing. If it was not for my little girl's smile,I dont think I would be strong enough to watch her go through all the stuff she has gone through!

Our lil girls are the same age. My lil dd also has severe acid reflux. We are now on her 2nd meds and so far they have been working and she is also on a formula just for spit up and gas. So far now that she is 4mo and on this for a while it is starting to get a lot better. I wish you the best of luck with your lil girl and welcome

Lilypie Second Birthday tickers

"So, I guess we are who we are for a lot of reasons. And maybe we’ll never know most of them. But even if we don’t have the power to choose where we come from, we can still choose wherever we go from there. We can still do things. And we can try to feel okay about them."

Thanks for welcoming me! My Layla started out on ranitidine, but it was not doing anything to help.So we switched to Nexium. She takes 7.5mg of nexium twice daily now.It seems to be helping soooo much!! Also She is on Similac Alimentum. It seemed to have made her spitting up better but acid worse. She has a G.I doctor we go to monthly and a Ear nose and throat doctor as well because the acid makes the space i her vocal chords swell up so she does not have alot of space for air to get through. It was gotten much better since our last visit. The E.N.T said that the swelling has gone down considerably!
