waveHi Super Moms, Hope all babies are fed and have a dry diaper

 ;-) .

I had to induce my labor two weeks before my son was due, because of gestational diabetes, And was in labor for 24 hours. So I decided to have an epidural, not one but two, because the first one wasn't strong enough. Now I am paying the price with back pains. I suffered from back pains prier to the cocktail now it's 100proof. Does the pain go away eventually or am I married to it for life?

I was also induced 2 wks early due to gestational diabetes and had two epiderals! :( luckily I was only in labor for 14 1/2 hrs but neither of my epiderals worked. I had gd with my daughter too but my water broke at 36wks and I labored for 24hrs. No fun. I have the worst back pain as well. My son is 5 months. Hope it goes away momma but mine always hurts! Sometimes when I bend over I don't think I am going to be able to stand back up.

I had my twins at 32 weeks emergency csection. Sadly my back kills me so bad now due to the epidural. Sometimes it feels like if I bend the wrong way my backs going to break in two! Ugh its so not fun lol my girls will be ten months next week I'm still waiting for the pain to go away I wish us all luck.

I think it is an alignment issue, since you had it before the epidural. Have you thought about seeing a chiropractor. Yes some pain could be from the epidural.

After my epidural I could not move for like 8 months. Totally sucked. My dd is 19 months old and I still have problems. Chiropractor does help a lot.

I had an epidural with my first son, six and a half years later I'm paying for it.
