Around 8 months, usually yogurt. :)

my DD is still EBF but she has tasted a few things off my plate. her first taste was avocado @ 6.5 months

She was 6 months and we started with avocado, pumpkin, and sweet potato.

Did you start with rice cerial or just go right to veggies? DD is 5 months and she seems like she may be ready for a little bit of food. shes bfing like 12 to 15 times a day and shes moving her mouth and tonuge like crazy. she also can sit up on her own in a highchair and stuff.

6 months-avocadoes.

But she just now really started eating. She's 9 months. Before she just had tastes of things.

That's what I am hoping to do... exclusive no real food til a year

4 months for rice cereal
At 6 months we started sweet potatoe, carrots, squash, and pumpkin. For some reason our pedi reccomended starting with orange foods. *shrug*
