Pump pump pump and more importantly, nurse nurse nurse!

You can have natural oatmeal. You can take Mothers Milk and Fenugreek.

I'd say nursing more frequently is the most important. Baby is a wonderful demander. :). Good luck!

Yep, what she said.

Nurse on demand. Offer the breast at the SLIGHTEST sign of fussiness from baby. Offer the breast for every single instance of neediness from baby.

Oatmeal, funegreek, etc.

I don't recommend pumping unless you have to, but that's just me.

Baby is best at emptying breast and increasing supply! What makes you think your supply is low? The only way to know is diaper count! 1 diaper per day of life for the first week(in other words 1 diaper the first day, 2 diapers the 2nd day, 3 diapers the 3rd day and so on) and 6-8 diapers a day after that! How baby acts, what you can pump, and how your breast feel are NOT good indications of supply!

Feeding on demand, offering as much as possible and pumping if you can as much as possible.

Can try a nursing holiday (staying an entire weekend in bed and just nurse constantly)

Using things like brewers yeast, fenugreek etc

I pumped after every feeding and that helped build up my supply . I was pumping 5 oz out of my right boob same as my left . I built my supply to stash milk but now I just nurse an no pumping but when I do pump I get about 4 oz not counting what baby girl drinks . The more you nurse the bigger supply and throw a few pumps in during the day .
