What period? Lol.

No I never tested until I was at least a week late. I wouldn't want to put myself through the disappointment of a false negative.

The soonest I have tested and got a positive is 5 days before my missed period.

There are tests now that can be used as early as 3 days after missed period. But seriously, the darn things aren't that expensive and will give her peace of mind. If it tests negative and period doesn't show up with a few days, she can test again.
