Fruits veggies formula baby water and then all my meats and gluten free and low acid food for my son that has celiac and reflux pharangitis.

Once I get to the store to see what meat is on sale I'll go from there.

we always have bread, milk, eggs, gala apples, lipton cold tea bags, oatmeal,chicken.... i check corn, broaccali and peas (frozen) to see where we are at and then i shop according to the meal planfor the week and what fruit is out (i try to buy local) and then whatever staples we are low on (this week we are low on bread crumbs, and real lemon juice) !
