I had my little guy 2 wks ago and iv noticed the past week my left hand goes numb all the time!! I hate it. I had it while pregnant but that was due to how much swelling I had and all my swelling is now gone but the numbness is not has anyone ever had this after birth? Should I bring it up at my dr appt?

If it is carpal tunnel, b vitamins will help. Get a good quality b-complex (100mg) and some b12 (2,000-3,000mcg) make sure it is the methylcobalamin sublingual form and take 1 of each 2 times a day. Don't take the b complex too late in the day because it might disrupt your sleep. You should notice a difference in a few weeks. When the feeling comes back and there is no pain, drop back to 1 each once a day for maintenance.

Yep, talk to your dr. I get it in my binky and ring fingers due to hypoglycemia.
