Can I ask what made you think that you weren't producing enough?

You should atleast give him breastmilk and formula if you're still producing...

You can get a shot at your doctor's or use red cabbage leaves inside your bra for three days.

I usually pump tell i go completely dry and give it in a bottle. A tight bra, cold compresses, n eventually it will stop.

FENUGREEK would increase your supply so you could produce enough if you wanted to.  It is better he gets some BM than no BM until he is at least a year old so he can at least get your antibodies.

I heard the cabbage leaves but never actually tried it.  I just reduced the amount of times I would pump per day

If you want to dry up quickly dual hormone birth control like yaz will do it fast. I would not recommend a tight bra- if you are at all full or engorged feeling that can cause blocked ducts, which are really unpleasant.

He wasnt gaining weight so my doctor had me supplementing him with a bottle they had be pump to see how much i was produceing and everytime i did i only produced 2 ounce and that was like every 3 hours so i decided he would get more from the bottle and just gave up and now i cant stop produceing

I would just pump what you can and mix it with the formula, breastmilk is so good for your baby
