How old was your little one when they first rolled over?

My little man is about to be 7 months old and has yet to roll over. I know they say not to compare to other babies but I'm just curious to know how old your little one was when they first rolled over. I've tried doing different things with him like tummy time, but he hates being on his tummy for more than a few min. Even tried putting toys just out of his reach so he might try to go for them. He's just not interested. He can sit up on his own and would rather do that than anything and he puts his weight on his feet pretty good but likes to bounce lol and he is definitely on the chubby side :)

Sounds like our sons are exactly the same lol hates tummy time bounces instead of standing and he's almost 7 months and weighs 20 pounds :)

DS1 was 6mo.

DS2 was just a couple days old.

DS3 is 8 months, he doesn't roll, he is learning to sit, hates tummy time after 5 minutes, he jumps instead of stand, he's probably 23 pounds by now:)

My son hated tummy time I'd say around six months he slowly started he's going to b 8 months and is a pro front to back or back to front, he's starting to crawl but will do it one day then the next crawl backwards all kids r different I babied him and he just started sleeping in his pack and play and holding his own bottle. Leave him on his back he will do it when he's ready mine started doing it by accident man when he'd roll on his stomach he'd get pissed sorry for the bad word but it's true he'd scream and get so mad it was funny it's like kid don't roll over after awhile it got annoying cuz you knew he was going to scream his head off, but I'd say a month of that he got use to it then started going rolling back over. They learn just got to leave him figure it out himself good luck

My dd did it around 3 months, but ti took some trying. Now she does it without any trouble (5 months). As far as I know not all babies roll over If he can sit up that's still something. I know my cousin skipped rolling over and crawling and just got up and started walking one day lol. So it happens. If your dr. isn't worried, I don't think you need to be either...

My oldest was 2.5 months, my middle was 5 months, my youngest was 4months--my brother's kids b/g twins, neither of them did it before 6 months and  his youngest did it about 6 months I think.

My youngest has been rolling from tummy to back since 1 week old. I thought it was just an accident, but he has done it consistently. He started back to tummy around 4 months, he is 6 months now and crawling everywhere! My other 3 were all between 2 and 4 months when they started rolling around( my daughter was my lazy one I think she was closer to 6 months). I wouldn't worry too much he will roll when he is ready!

She started rolling over now at 10 weeks old. But she prefers to stand on her feet than lay down.

He rolled over a few days before he turned 4 months. He loves his tummy time but now does it himself! He constantly wants to roll over now and when we put him down he just wants to keep rolling and then when he gets stuck he starts crying and won't go down for the night until around midnight!
