Red bumps in the butt area

I noticed while hanging my 7 month old DD that he had two little red bump near her but crack and they were kind of bleeding a little but there was no rash or anything and it wasn't painful for me to wipe them on her any idea what they could be I'm new to all this

Is it in clusters? That could mean yeast.

It may also be an allergic reaction.

my 9 month old has heat rashes and gets frequent butt rashes too. the heat rash looks like little tiny red bumps every where and they come and go especially after hes in his diaper and crawling on the carpet. we took him to the doc and they said its not to worry just use hydrocortizone sp? and diaper rash cream and change frequent. but idk what that rash u are describing is id call the pedi.

 If you breast feed you can try and put some breast milk on it and see if it heals up. Have you tried to let your LO air dry and just play around on a sheet or towel.

They are close to the butt hole and there is two bumps really red and when I wiped her one was bleeding but like I said no pain and I don't breast feed
