If you had your LO on one schedule and then had to change it in their 1st year how well did they adjust?

How long did it take them to adjust?

this really hasnt happened in my house yet, but it NEEDS to. dd needs to get adjusted to an earlier bedtime/wake-up and so do I.  I'm a night owl and mornings and I just do not get along. We need to be prepared for when school starts later.

If you have a few weeks start by setting and alarm 30 mins earlier and got to bed 30 mins to and hour earlier. I'm a night owl to but 2 days a week I have to get up at 6 and the rest I get up at 7 except Saturday and Sunday I just get up when dd does can range from 530am to 8 am
