Sounds like to me she has realized that she has control of her eye lids and is playing with them. If you are really worried talk to her doctor about it.
It sounds like she's just batting her lashes and stuff but you can ask her pediatrician to double check her eyes. My oldest has a lazy eye and she before she got glasses at 18 months she would sometimes blink her eyes more or stare at things for longer but her eye would also turn inwards a bit and it's also hereditary on my husband's side of the family so we were expecting one of our kiddos to get it. If she seems to be able to see fine then I wouldn't be worried but I also always tell people to follow their mommy instincts. :-) If you feel it's something you want checked out just to be sure then I'd say to check with her pediatrician.

I don't know. They said it could be a sign of something serious but it was not. They said her eyes were a little dry but if it concerned me to use eye drops. She is 5 now and her eyes are fine : )
