Stairs, Electrical Outlets, Kitchen cabinets, Replace all square coffee tables for round ones. Everything breakable out of reach. I usually just keep all the doors closed.
the stairs. and electrical sockets.. and two doorways.
The kitchen cabinets I would put hair ties on because other than the ones you have to screw into the doorway, none of the others worked.. hair ties worked better lol. Although our chemicals are out of reach anyways, so it wasn't dangerous for them to open them... more dangerous for mommy when she trips over the pots and pans lolol.
We keep most breakables out of reach, not all though.. (the stronger, uglier ones, we don't care much about lol)because keeping some low helps teach them some boundries..
thats really about it.. They have two rooms that are essenially their rooms (a play room and their bedroom).. so they typically play in those rooms .. or in the livingroom.. I'm right here, so everything we used redirection on.
If you a sharp coffee table or end tables, I believe they sell these cushioned(sp?) things on BabiesRus.com that goes around the edges. :)

Thanks for the replies! Baby learned last night that he can pull himself up to a standing position. Well, he got his first owie. Just wanted some more ideas on what to baby proof so I have everything covered.

Hardly anything. We don't go crazy baby proofing. We put up the baby gate in the bathroom doorway so she can't get in there since the door has to always be open for the cats. Locks on the kitchen cabinets. Keep things that could seriously hurt her out of reach. That's all. Once she can reach the door knobs we will put one of those things on the front door so she can't open it.
