Actually, I kind of find this a little humorous. Apparently, my dh has is first case of hemorrhoids. I had a bad case myself while pregnant and he would make fun of me because of how I complained so much, so now, it's his problem :D Anyways, I was wondering, could diaper cream (Desitin) be beneficial to him?

Yup, you can use it. I've used Desitin for cuts, skin rashes (non diaper related) and even burns. It's soothing and helps you heal faster. I've even used it down there when I had a female issue and it worked (sorry for the tmi)
It works good on dry chapped skin too. My kids are all passed the diaper phase and I still keep it in the house.
