It has been a really hard few months. My father in law was in a terrible car accident and was severely injured a few months ago, then my husbands grandfather died, my Aunt died the next week I just buried her friday, my moms cousin died two days later, daughter has been in and out of hospital for reflux and to top it off the family dog I grew up with had to be put down last night after they found internal bleeding. I am emotionally drained....how do you guys cope with stress and sadness?

Aww... *HUGS*  Sorry you've had to go through all of that!  My source of sanity is my son and husband.  I also have to remember to breathe and find little things that help me relax - drinking some chamomile tea, getting my hair cut, taking a bubble bath, taking a walk, etc.  You can get through it!

Ya I just wish my husband was more supportive. He is very insensitive and doesn't really care to show emotions. Last night when I got the call from my dad about our dog he just went back to sleep and didn't even ask how I was. I am just so sad and I hate feeling like this but I feel like so much has been dumped on top of me and I am trying to dig my way back out.

((hugs)) I pray, a lot. I try to remember that God is ultimately in control of everything and I need to trust him. The best thing I can do in any given situation is try to be strong for my kids.

:(  I hate to follow sterotypes, but some men really are dense about those kinds of things.  Sometimes you have to flat out say "DUDE.  I'm going through a lot and I would appreciate if you could show me support by <insert your request here>"

If he's still not being supportive, try and find someone (whether it be a family member or friend) that is willing to at least to give you a Big Giant Hug. *HUGS*
