So how do you ladies keep your little ones cool in the car seat, stroller?

I have always made sure that the car isn't extremely hot when I put her in the car seat. I usually open up all the doors and let all the built up heat escape. Then I turn the AC on full blast! It gets really hot here in KS. I have those pull down shades on the windows too. I keep cold water on hand as well. If we ever had to be out in the heat while she was in her stroller, I also kept cool wash rags with me in a baggie. Her stroller has a reversible handle, so I can switch it around so she is not facing the sun and it also has the shade over the top of her as well.

I bought stroller fans or keep the a/c on when she is in the car.
