We won't show your age or birthday to anyone unless you want us to!

EDIT... Has anyone ever stole what you were doing for your child(s) birthday?

My DF's cousin has 3 kids and NEVER goes all out for her kids bday. Soon as I say ”We're having jrs birthday party @ the water park she takes what we're doing. Her son bday is on the 7th & my DS bday is on the 9th therefore her sons party would be b4 mine bc I wouldn't throw my DS birthday on her DS birthday, I can't do it that Friday so we're having it Sunday & she's having his on Saturday.

She claims I don't have to change it cause she MAY change her mind but she's always been a damn thief!

My DS will be turning 1 & hers will be 4. My DF always told me never say anything 2 her cause she's just like that but damn, make your own thing up!

Every year she normally does the same ol' thing. Now I'm pissed bc maybe I should have kept my mouth close.
Has thi ever happened to you?

EDIT: THE WATER PARK IS HUGE, THEY HAVE A SIDE FOR TODDLERS FOR THE ONES THAT KEEPS ASKING

Next time tell her your doing something either 1. Extremely dumb/tacky or 2. Extremely offensive and make sure it's pricey; she'll learn LOL.
I had a pirate party for mason bc his birthday is around halloween and one of his classmates moms took our idea and had made it oober extravagant for a 3 yrs olds party.

Maybe she realized it was a good idea and figured her kids would enjoy it. It's not like a 1 year old would care or remember.

She's been this way since my son was born. My DF's mother is like a mom to her & like a grandma to her kids cause she damn near raised her so it's like soon as we had a baby she just got jealous but never show her jealousy towards me. My MIL says she's always been sneaky like that. I think since this is my MIL's first grandchild she feels as if we're taking away something from her but we're grown, not kids. The petty **** is really unnecessary

Yeah I would be irritated. We are doing a monster party. I don't mind if other people have a monster party just not the same weekend as ours.

I explained her a little bit more to someone esle. She's the type of person for example, I could go get a new phone with a pink case to it,.she'll do the same.

she has a 7 year old, 3 year old & a 5 month old. She told one of her cousins that the reason she had her 5 month old was bc she didn't want my MIL to pay my dh any attention.. Lol which is funny & a damn poor excuse. My MIL always sees her grandchild, Everyday, spends time with him, buys him things etc. My MIL tells me shes always been funny acting like that but my thing is your too old to play tit for tat
