Alright, my daughter is 4 months old today... She was born 7lbs and 10 ounces, we went to the doctors and my doctor worry about her weight now.. She weighs 12lbs and 1 ounce, he was telling me that she should be 14lbs maybe 15lbs... Her diaper counts are fine, no problem with spit ups and she breast feed.. She's 24inches long...
Is this right? I mean she eats enough, I know she nurses all the time but when I away at work, she gets 4 ounces of breast milk if I am gone for about 5 hours and I do nurse her before I leave...

Sorry it's blurry.. She's was watching me take her picture.. She's wearing her cloth diaper so it makes her look big on her bottoms but not too much

definitely find a new doctor! Your doing a great job and your baby is perfectly fine and normal! Keep doing what your doing! :)

My son was 12 lbs at 4 months. I wouldn't worry about it. What percentile was she in?

I never gave rice cereal or any baby cereal. They don't need it. Sounds like she's doing well. She probably could get one more ounce while gone. The general rule is one ounce per hour gone in I think no more then 3 oz bottles. The Breastfeeding moms group would probably be really helpful.
