but i want to ask. my dd is 11 months and i want to make buttermilk pancakes this morning but can she have buttermilk? i know she can't DRINK cows milk until a year old but it can be cooked into things. but what about buttermilk?

My mil told me dh refused to drink formula after 8 months and was allergic to cow milk And like you said not recommend at all. But he is a very healthy guy
