90% of the time it takes 2 people to change Celestyn. It may be Df or one of the kids.

But Celestyn rolls, wiggles, kicks, and fights. She thinks its a game.

I've tried a very stern "No" at her and she just pouted and cried and tried even harder to get away.

I've tried tape on the palms. Toys. Sippy cup. Hell I've even tried giving her my phone. Car keys. Purse, for some reason she loves purses. Tried TV.

Everything. She's just so uncooperative...

My 14 month old is at this point, a sippy used to work but not so much anymore. It really sucks on poop diapers, lol.

Tape on the palms?! You tape her hands together?

I had a mobile attached to ds's changing table when he was younger, it was the only thing that would distract him during changes.

Haha no.

You take a piece of tape and put it on their palms. It's a distraction to try to get it off.

Not together. Lol

Katie is the same way since she hit 11 months. I have to do it solo as DH works long hours, but it's definitely a wrestling match!

How bout hanging a mobile over the changing table and give her something to look at? or a special toy that she gets just when she needs to be changed?  Can you distract her by asking her questions like... where is her nose, eyes, mouth, hair...?

I wish I had some advice, it's not the taking the diaper off but as soon as I try to put a new diaper on (or even clothes) my 8 month old starts throwing a bigger tantrum than my 2 year old.
