Is what a cashier at jcpenny told me yesterday! She and a bunch of customers cooed like crazy over DD who is 6 weeks old. The cashier asked if she's my first. I told her I have a son who just started pre-k. She then said that comment. It was said in a friendly manner, but still...what on earth did she mean by that? Lol

This. I hate when people feel the need to make comments like that.

Maybe that you use pre-k? I know a lot of people don't think it's necessary and just a way for moms to shirk their duties and pawn their kids off :-/

What is that supposed to mean? I wouldn't even know what to say to that. I would probably have given her a funny look.

This, likely.
I don't know why people feel the need to voice their critical opinions to strangers.
I'm pregnant with #2 and DS is 18 months old. People tell me I "should've waited a few months to get pregnant again, then Jay would be in pre school!". I don't think it matters if you DO or DON'T wait..just weird that people have such opinions on it!

That's weird. I would have asked her what she meant. People can be so strange!
