I don't have a "schedule".  I have "rules" that I follow.  Now my rules aren't exactly what I want.  My pediatrician would love to let me do what I feel comfortable with but the group she works for...they are nasty.  So she covers for us but we have to bend a little because we don't want to get her in trouble or get kicked out (because we love her too much).  We have a wonderful ped and special needs kids...so we are kind of stuck.

Anyway, I do one vaccine at a time.  I can't imagine given any child more injections than 1 at a time.  I avoid EVERYTHING until 6 months.  We would prefer to wait a year and have in the past...but we were 6 months this time.

I go by my doctor's schedule. It's one vax at a time.

I skip chicken pox, flu and MMR

Whenever we go in (usually once or twice a year), I just pick two and clear it with the doc. :) Which reminds me, I need to get in. My 4 month old hasn't had any shots yet.

I do not vaccinate at all but if I remember correctly, Dr. Sears has a delayed vax schedule. You would have to look it up though.
