Is it more exciting to find out the gender at the ultrasound or be surprised at birth?

Have you done it both ways? What was more exiting?

I had to wait and be surprised about the gender when the baby was born with my first not by choice but because she was never in the right position during my ultrsounds, so eventually  it was exciting to know I'd have to ask the doctor is it a boy or girl right after the baby was out! With my second, I really wanted a boy and wanted to know the gender so I'd be able to decorate accordingly, but this time my second daughter was in the right position the very first time! If I ever had a third baby, which I do not plan to, I would wait for the delivery room surprise.
