he will take his fist and just start punching his mouth... and he also started to punch him self in the temple are *side of the head* im booking a doctor appt tuesday. (its a holiday weekend including monday in canada) but what do you think it could be?

Sounds behavioral and might be getting over stimulated/ too much sensory going on.

I put him down for naps and time in his room... but he is very clingy... I can put him on the floor to play while I cleaan or pack and he freaks out if i am not near him ( I talk sing to him, and go back to play... but its hard when he is screaming his head off because I am not near him...

It's normal. My youngest does it when he's tired. He started doing it around 9 months.
