Do you write down your little one's milestones?

Baby book - I hope I will be this diligent with the second one :) 

Yes, in both of their baby books.  I may not have the exact date, but I know the month and year of when they reached it.  I don't count it if I didn't see it for myself, like if my mom says she seen him smile, I use the day I seen it.
