My teething 6 month old hates all flavors of tylenol.

Even grape.  I don't suppose they make it BM flavored.  Other than paper, that's all she consistently eats.

I usually just use the eyedropper and squirt it into their mouth. :)

I can squirt it in just fine, but she can also spit it back out.  I managed about 3/4 of a dose with the bubble gum flavor, but she must really hate dye-free cherry.  She grabbed the end of the syringe and pushed it away from her mouth right as I was squirting.

I mix it with juice. My daughter has the same problem.

Would she take it in a bottle mixed with some water or breastmilk?

I wouldn't use a drug as dangerous as Tylenol for something like teething. Tylenol is very hard on the liver. The liver in infants and children under 3 has a very hard time with drugs. There are other things to try like rubbing the gums, cool therapy, ect.

Definitely try hylands teething tablets. They've been my daughter's favorite thing ever and I hear most babies love them.

I used the herbal teething drops. I don't remember what it was called but it had Winnie the pooh on it and Walmart and Walgreens carry it.
