Has your little one ever spent the night at their grandparents house?

Nope!!!! My mom lives over a hour away.. DH's parents live around the corner but I DO not let my LO's stay the night there until they are about 4 years old.. (I have nine children and my youngest 4 have never stayed the night there) not since I had her watch my DD who just learned to walk(she's now 3) and she left the door open to her basement and when one of my older children (he was 13 at the time) was there the told her they needed to keep it closed so Alyssa didn't fall down the steps.. And she said "my cats need to be able to get to their liter box".. And my son said, " what if she falls down the steps" and she said "well, my cats need their liter box!!" so I dont trust her.

Not without me or dh.  They don't live near us, so it's not like I can just drop them off for a night.
