why do you choose to be a working mom?

1) because we need me to financially and 2) because I enjoy having a break from my children. But I have only ever worked part time since having kids.

I didn't choose to be a full time working mom but we need this to be finicially stable. I wish I could be part time.

CHOOSE? YOU THINK I CHOSE TO BE? HELL TO THE FUCKING NO!!! I WLAS FORCED TO BE BECAUSE MY EX WAS AN ABUSIVE BIPOLAR DOUCHE!!!! AND I SURE THE FUCK AM NOT LIVING OFF THE STATE. I only have the medical card (which unless theres an emergency or I go for my yealry I dont use it) and WIC. I PAY for MY groceries, MY rent, my gas, my electric, my water, ALL BY MYSELF!!!

I hated being a working mom. I am so glad I dont have to be one anymore.

Because I want to, but I also have to. But I want the career, I am beating myself up to make it through school, I am going to use my education! I will be working full time and going to school.

Because I want to give my kid quality and in my case (not alls case and I'm glad for those whose case is different) I would be at the expense of goverment wellfare if I was a SAHM. I am working to become a WAHM and eventually a SAHM. But in the meantimeif I want my bavy to have a nice stable roof over his shoulder then I am a Working mom.

I had no other choice I am a singal mom and im the only one to support my son.

Several reasons. We enjoy having money and being able to provide for our girls. We can go on vacations, splurge on toys, etc.

Two, just because I'm a mom doesn't mean I have to give up who I am. I have a career and I enjoy working.

Becuase we need the extra money.
