What was the WORST symptom you experienced during pregnancy?

With my second, in my third trimester, I kept getting chronic diarrhea and vomiting landing me in the L&D to get fluids many, many times.  I kept getting the flu bug over and over.  It sucked.

i didn't have that during the pregnancy but it was horrible afterwards. during pregnancy probably the leg cramps, I almost cried a couple of times, it was so bad.

Muscle spasms and heartburn. I also swelled at the very end.

First pregnancy it was constant, intense, never-ending sickness & dizziness/fainting. The whole 9 months I puked morning, noon, & night. It was difficult (sometimes impossible) to even keep fluid down. I was terrified to ever go thought that again if I wanted more children.

Next two pregnancies were fine, just crazy bad heartburn.

Do gallstones count? OMG that was the worst pain ever! It started around 20 weeks, and I had to have my gallbladder out a month after she was born.

First son: My one beard hair! Damn hormones!

Second son: Heartburn. He had gorgeous hair though.

Third son: All day sickness from 4-16 weeks and third trimester hip pain!

DD: Heartburn and horrible sciatica.
DS: Terrible pelvic pain starting around 18 weeks. It got worse, to the point of my pelvic bone popping when I moved, until I had him.

Morning sickness. Had it the whole time!

Vomiting, extreme swelling all over, high blood pressure, bad back pain, insomnia, heartburn.... take your pick!

Throwing up
