I had Hyperemesis gravidarum and severe heart burn...the whole pregnancy...I was still vomiting even in my last days....I also ended up in the hospital way too many times!

Definitely my swollen feet that hurt like hell in the morning....I had a hard time walking every morning.....had to stretch out my feet =(

Fortunately that was only for my last month but still

NOT looking forward to that again!

Quoting lismore:

Bad migraines. I never had them before I got pregnant but thankfully they went away after ds was born.

I have migraines normally and had NONE while I was pregnant! Weird how hormones work!

I COMPLETELY lost my sense of balance....I am only 59 inches tall and I went out the full forty....starting past 31 weeks I kept falling and having to go in for a stress test, and since it kept happening while I was working I had to fill out the worker's comp form every time....it seems trivial but I had knees  and hands that were covered in scabs from falling all the damn time.  It was embarassing.  I didn't even realize it was from my center of gravity being so far off from the pregnancy until the OBGYN told me.
