We are all sick with this nasty cough. Even my 7 week old is starting to cough and im scared because he hasnt had his shots yet and i dont want it to turn to whooping cough. When should i take him in? I was so hoping my breastfeeding though the winter would help him from getting sick and i was so wrong :(

A cough doesn't turn into whooping cough. It's either pertussis or not.

Oil of oregano mixed with olive oil on the bottom of the feet. Up your intake of vitamins c and d3, elderberry syrup and keep nursing away.

Nursing passes on your antibodies but isn't a foolproof "never get sick" type deal. Baby will get over it quicker with your help. Hope he feels better soon!
