Does anyone have any baby wearing pics? I am having a baby on Friday and have two other kids. I was thinking of possibly getting a baby carrier. I need some inspiration before making a purchase. Thanks! Also anything that might be good to know about baby wearing. This would be my first attempt.

Did you wear him instead of using a stroller.

I did both. I had a moby wrap, ergo, ring sling and a stroller

We still wear my three year old. Let's see if I can dig up pics.

Niece (maybe a month old) in a baby k'tan

Testing out the Mai tai that i made with my three year old DS

DH with 2 yo DS (he was late two)

All bundled up, DH with DS

I don't have any on my phone of DS in the moby but we use that for a good year. A good carrier is essential. They should sit in it as if they were sitting in a chair but their legs go around you. For their hips and back, they should not "dangle from their crotch". Notice in the mei tei pic (yellow and green) that his butt is sitting. They should also not face outwits. It is bad for their back. A good carrier will distribute the weight for the person carrying as well. Making it easier on your body. Hope that helps some :)

That was probably my favorite :-) but I didn't get it until my son was older. We only used the moby under 6 months. I wish we would have bought the ergo sooner!

I had the moby and it was amazing.

I JUST had a dream last night that I was putting it on myself to wear another ladies' baby! Weird lol!

Anyway. If I had to do it again, I'd get the ergo also. Yes also.

Cl has great drals usually.

I love our moby. We used it today actually. Aiden is 5 months and about 15.5 lbs and i do not see us having to use another carrier for a while. I do use a stroller for clothes shopping though.
